The pictures above represent NEA tanks being assembled. Listed below are the advantages that NEA has over other tank companies when it comes to method of assembly and tank testing.
All tanks
are erected from grade level utilizing a jacking system--no
cranes or scaffolding is required. This unique construction style
provides a safe work environment.
Lap joint
connection provides for easy, efficent assembly.
Because of
the lap joint connection and the jacking system, future expansion
or relocation of an Aquastore tank is possible.
A
polyurethane sealant is used to create a positive seal around
bolts and seams--no gaskets, which tend to crack and leak with
age, are ever used.
Field
holiday testing is standard.
NEA workers
are trained in tank erection through the Certified Professional
Builder Program offered by Engineered Storage Products. This
factory training assures the customer of quailty construction.
